Thomas O'Neill
Director
Thomas O’Neill is the founder of Danu Insight, established to scale climate data using AI for institutional investors focused on systemic market risks. He previously worked at CDP on political lobbying questions before leaving to co-found InfluenceMap, and later co-founded and led the internal spin-off FinanceMap. Thomas lives in Berlin and has a degree in Politics and an MSc in International Security and Global Governance from Birkbeck, University of London. He has trained with the army, worked in the Metropolitan Police and been active in politics. He is on the Forbes Under 30 list for Europe Law and Policy. Linkedin


Adam Osborne
Project Manager
Adam is a project manager at Danu Insight. After joining in 2023 as a data analyst, he has led on building analysis of corporate communications using LLMs, deriving key environmental and financial insights from our data. He holds a BEng in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bristol, and an MSc in Environment, Politics, and Development from King’s College London.

Megan Leeming
Climate and Policy Analyst
With experience across politics, governance, and strategic advisory work in the UK and New Zealand, Megan supports Danu Insight as a climate and policy analyst. Prior to joining the team, she advised clients across healthcare, financial services, energy and carbon market sectors, specialising in policy analysis and regulatory research in reputationally sensitive contexts. Megan holds an International Master’s in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies from University of Glasgow, Dublin City University and Charles University Prague and a MA in English and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen.

Paul Dickinson
Advisor​, Organisational Development
Paul founded CDP in 2000 with an ambition of creating a global economic system that operates within sustainable environmental boundaries and prevents dangerous climate change. Paul previously co-founded Rufus Leonard Corporate Design and EyeNetwork. Paul is Chair of the Trustees of the NGO ShareAction as well as a Trustee of the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland where he has established a program of seminars and retreats now used by the responsible investment community as well as emerging social businesses.
Louis Fletcher
Advisor, Academic
Louis is a Research Fellow at the University of Warwick and a member of the UK Energy Research Centre, where his work centres on the political economy of energy. Formerly Research Director of Universal Owner, Danu Insight's predecessor, he holds an MPhil from Cambridge and a PhD from Edinburgh.
