We believe that institutional investors, asset managers and NGOs need trustworthy, structured data-led insights into influence, operations and commitments in order to drive meaningful change.

We build comprehensive and evolving databases that draw from vast, diverse sources to meet this need. From illuminating the scale of corporate influence and clarifying progress on net-zero alignment, to surfacing emerging systemic risks, our work helps to guide strategies rooted in long-term climate and economic resilience.

We partner with non-profit organisations to turn large volumes of qualitative material into structured, usable evidence. Using data science, we aggregate, classify, and analyse text across lobbying records, policy submissions, and public statements - supporting think tanks, campaign groups, and legal teams. We also provide trusted climate organisations with pro bono access to our full climate lobbying dataset, enabling independent analysis, sharper advocacy strategies, and evidence-led litigation or accountability work where it matters most.

Corporations

We deliver end-to-end audits of direct and indirect climate lobbying, giving companies a complete view of policy engagement conducted in their name - including activity carried out through intermediaries. The aim is practical: to identify misalignment, reduce risk, and bring climate policy engagement into line with corporate commitments. This may also include network mapping to trace lobbying across subsidiaries and trade associations, and governance benchmarking to assess disclosure and oversight against Responsible Policy Engagement principles and sector peers.

Our Lobbying Governance Index enables benchmarking across companies and sectors - covering disclosure, oversight mechanisms, and alignment between lobbying positions and published climate targets - so investors can set baselines, track progress over time, and flag outliers. It also supports risk identification and portfolio oversight, as weak disclosure and governance can translate into unmanaged regulatory, reputational, and transition risks, while misaligned lobbying can slow policy progress and increase systemic risk, particularly in high-emitting sectors. Finally, the data strengthens stewardship by helping investors prioritise engagements, frame questions for boards and management, test governance of trade association memberships and positions, and inform ESG or climate fund criteria, proxy voting policies, and escalation decisions.
